  1. Is my contact information freely available on the Internet?
    No, your information is available only to other church attenders who have logged into My Christ Chapel. 

  2. What information can other church attenders see about me?
    By default, church attenders can see your name, home address, phone number and e-mail address.

  3. Can I limit what information is available?
    Absolutely. By clicking on “My Profile > My Personal Preferences” you can select exactly what you are sharing with other church attenders.

  4. Is My Giving History visible to others?
    Absolutely not.  Only you can view your giving history when logged in using your password. 

  5. I'm a member of a group that is not listed on my profile, what should I do?
    Email Jenny Baker with the details.

  6. What if my contributions do not look accurate?
    Contributions from Sunday are usually visible by Tuesday of any given week but there may be an occasional delay due to holidays or other circumstances.  If your contribution is still not reflected on your record by Thursday of that week, email Jenny Baker the details to research further.
     
  7. Why am I having difficulty signing up for an account?
    There are several reasons that may prevent a person from successfully creating an account on My Christ Chapel.  First, our database only has individuals who have already been entered into our church database through some entry point at the church such as new family card, membership class or other group/class rosters.  Second, you must enter your first name, last name and email address exactly as we have it in our database.  If it doesn't work, try a different name (nickname) or email address.  If you still have difficulties, please email Jenny Baker.
